Shipping
We
are now able to offer a range of shipping options based on the weight
of your order. You will be able to choose from the range of options
available when you checkout. Note that we do not offer a large letter option during checkout as most of our items are unable to be sent in this way. If your order does go as a large letter we will refund the difference (bear in mind that there is still a small charge for packaging).
Orders over £75 are shipped free of charge.
For all in stock orders we aim to ship within 3
working days, though we often ship same day. For custom orders, including Weenotions and Nappies By Minki products, I will provide you with an estimate of
when I expect to ship your order. If you have any questions about your
order please contact me.
Please note: We do not include an invoice with your order. You will receive email confirmation when you place your order. If you require an invoice to be sent with your order please note this in the comments section during checkout.
Returns
Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return items within 7 days of receipt. Please note that you will be liable for return postage costs. We cannot offer refunds for custom and/or personalised orders. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
In the event of an item being faulty please contact us via email so we can confirm the address to send it to. We will of course refund you, unless you would prefer a replacement.
